The 3-RC is an electric three-wheeler that has more in common with a motorbike than a car. The driver sits in the vehicle but their head will poke out of the top. The plastic canopy is only in place when the vehicle is parked. When moving, the canopy forms a fairing around the driver. At the front of the vehicle is a lockable luggage compartment
Created by Honda's European R and D operation in Milan, the 3R-C uses motorbike tires, and a handlebar style-wheel to steer. It is not intended for production, but does show that Honda is thinking about single-seater urban vehicles.
