3_MG_0075.jpg

Gun Creek, British Columbia, Canada

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or so its said. In this case, this tiny little frog (could be a toad, I don't know...) he was like 1 inch long, I found my own reflection in his eye looking back at him as well as the sky.

other sizes: small medium original auto

Sorry, Hal it just pixelates really bad beyond the crop that I already have it at. Bummer, because I'd like to see that blown up bigger too. :)

Very many thanks Jim.
l don't mean to give you a lot of extra work though.
lt's a stunning photograph as it is.

Thank you very much, Shirley, Terry, and Hal (x3). Its a very cropped image and I doubt I could crop it much more, if any without it pulling apart. But I'll see what I can do and if it holds together I'll re-post with that version.

PpS lf not, then just the head would be really spectacular Jim

PS l'd love to see a crop of just the eye,
if the image can go that far without breaking down

The detail is wonderful. Looks to be made of stone.
The eye detail is quite phenominal.

This is a beautiful closeup, Jim. Love the detail! Don't know the species.
