The white bellies are my main identifying mark here; Long-billed would be solid red underneath. The fanned tail feathers visible on two of the birds are light in color, which also supports Short-billed. The lone non-breeding-plumage individual visible in this flock may be a first-year bird that will not breed in its first summer.
