Here I am (way out of training condition) lifting 60kg of pet food (I worked in an vet supplies
warehouse) over head as many times as I could in 90sec. We had a guessing competition and
staff had to guess how many times I could lift the load above my head in 90 sec.

I did 31 repetitions and we raised $400 for cancer research :-)
