Great atmosphere and moment caught here among the band members. Personally, I think at least for the sake of this challenge, leaving more of the luminance noise would work well here.

jrdu: I reduced the noise of the previous version a bit more but left a good amount of the graininess...maybe I should have left a touch more grain (luminance noise)? - vincentNYC

Noise squared. These guys look like they are having a good time, and the noise makes it seem that they are getting ready to blow away the city.
