Beautiful, Katherine. This image has elements of both a macro and an abstract. Not quite an abstract, but close. Nicely conceived and executed.

Really a neat idea Katherine; great composition, lighting, and focus! I really like the one coin laying flat in the foreground, I probably would not have thought of that. Very nice image and especially for this challenge!

Oh, wow, what a flawless macro. The detail is stunning. And great job on lighting such shiny surfaces. The reflections are a treat also. Great way to start us off.
