Gayle, I think this is a beautiful portrait of a lovely young lady. I love your perspective and tilt to the hat here. Wonderful DOF and sense of textures. The soft, light skin contrasts so well with the hat and the clothing...the background balances the tones in the picture. I especially like the half-shadowed face...and the reflective gleem of the eye here . A lovely B&W photo. MFC
