Nice capture, Awais...this is a very interesting method of cooking. It would certainly feed a lot of people. I really like your perspective here...and how you captured the 'circle of food' around the burning fire. Neat how the flames rise from the piles of embers. Truly a feast! Does someone walk round the circle and give them a quarter turn every couple of minutes? And how long does it take for them to cook this way, I wonder?
