I like the warn down look and the contrast and texture it creates here and the framing too.
This reminds me of Challenge 102: Doors, Windows and Openings on Life , because I immediately thought of Tallin / Estonia, when I saw this image (and at the time of Challenge 102, you figured one of my Tallin images was taken in Czech :)

Helen,
Excellent depth of field that gives a very sharp picture from foreground to background. The staircases lead the eye into the image to the area of old world architecture with lovely details and windows. The title is great Helen!
