Cable Beach, Broome (Western Australia) is where my brother lives. Here he is preparing to go skimboarding, where you jump on the board and ride the water on the mud flats. The tide has up to an 11 metre difference which only takes about 5 or 6 hours to turn around. This area will be completely underwater in a few hours. Many a car has been swallowed by the fast rushing water... It sure is a nice neighbourhood though!
