This man works in the bazaar where we always buy fresh pistachios and wonderfully hot red pepper flakes. Oh, and the dried Turkish apricots are fabulous as well! This picture just appeared on page 3 of the newspaper I work for, accompanying a story about Turkey adapting itself to Western European norms if it is admitted to the EU.
