This pic shows the sensor mount bracket after I added a reinforcement.

The reinforcement is there to assist in preventing any flex during operation.

Not that I really figured that 3/16ths steel would flex much. But I like to make sure on things.

The crank sensor has to be within 70 thou or so of the teeth on the gear; and that clearance has to remain constant.

The reinforcement helps to ensure that everything will stay where it is supposed to be.
