This picture shows the minor thrust side belling...on all four cylinders. So, yeah: they all have it. [I used the minor thrust side picture because the ones I took of the major side turned out poorly.]
This one shows what is important: the belling is real; it does affect all cylinders; and belling is a factor in durability and longevity.
