Garden Photoshoot
In Position

Sunken Garden, Lincoln, Nebraska

The subject is out of the picture to the middle left.

A young assistant held the sunshade over their head to shade the subject.

An older assistant held a 550EX in front of the reflector umbrella.
I wonder if the light from the sun was more than the flash.

The photographer's equipment seemed to be:
  • $1700 Canon EOS-1v,
  • $1700 Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 USM IS lens with hood,
  • Gitzo monopod,
  • camera-mounted 550EX master flash with flipdown diffuser,
  • hand-held 550EX slave flash,
  • white reflector umbrella,
  • small light stand with flash bracket,
  • cloth-on-frame square sun shade,
There may have been a light meter but I didn't notice it being used

other sizes: small medium large original auto
