The evening light here is quite an amazing thing to witness. As you can see, at sunset the higher rocks remain illuminated while the lower rocks fall into shadow. I had read an article about Fisher Towers and how they turn a deep, “blood” red at sunset, with the “peak” colors lasting only a couple of minutes. It wasn't an exaggerated claim.
