Nipped In The Bud 11_08_05.jpg

I really need to plan my day better. I left myself about 15 minutes this morning to wander the yard and take a picture or three for my PAD gallery. I saw this little sunflower that tried to bloom a little too late. The frost got it before it could really reach it's full potential.

I guess that happens to the best of us when we procrastinate.

Steve, I used the auto focus on this one. I don't manually focus very often. The 20D auto focuses fast accurately and pretty intelligently.

I am curious, Bill. On a shot like this, do you use AF, or manually focus it on the subject?
