2 cans SHOEPEG CORN, drained
8 oz. SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, shredded
1 cup MAYONNAISE
1 cup SOUR CREAM
2 JALAPENO PEPPERS, finely minced
2 SCALLIONS, chopped
CILANTRO, to taste, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and serve with corn chips and blue corn chips.
