This is my end result at replicating thier plate. I don't have access to a large enough break to put the /1/2 lip on the top and bottom edge (see next two pictures) I purchased the same model disconnects except i found them on e-bay for about $25 Each, total cost for my set up was around $75

the flexi conduit and water tight fittings were purchased localy for about $5
