COPPER COWBOY

This guy is a mime, but I swore he was a statue from a distance. He didn't move at all until you put some money in the basket :-) This was a period where he was moving. What, you guys didn't see something like this today?

Nikon D50
1/2000s f/6.3 at 90.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

This is actually my cousin. His name is Jason Gilbert. Right now he can be seen performing on 36th street. Between 5th and 6th.

excellent attitude - I would like to be the same - do nothing(in my job) until I see the money - might try this strategy on day.

I dig these guys. They are silver in SF. And a little ornery.

The color really looks like a bronze! Your choice of POV with a such side light is perfect.

I have seen alot of these street performers, mostly painted in silver. But this is a nice catch in copper. ~V~

You have my vote, Kent. It's the first one I've seen in the U.S. V Pretty cool.
