Not quite silhouetted figures, a he and a she, before the luminous splashing fountain at Lincoln Center. She perched on an edge of the circlet surrounding the fountain and he bending towards her, in his blue checked shirt, share food perhaps and conversation as the reflected light from the base of the splashing water spreads over the pavement blocks and invites us to concoct a story about these two and the history they share or will share: First date? Married? Breaking up? Take your pick! Add your own.
