A great interaction caught by you. The "forgetful" girl was touching her eye, perhaps feeling bad, and shyly offering the bowl in a tilt angle to the dog. The "forgiving" dog was looking and ready to fill its hunger, most willing to forget and forgive his late meal delivery. Excellent.
