I am torn between Spider's from Mars/David Bowie and Bowie influence with Bauhaus and Peter Murphy. I don't get a punk feeling from this other than maybe the hair. The heart is too over powering in the photo for that. The Sex Pistols would cringe. What about China Girl?

Oh dear, from the thumb I thought they were holding a pram, and with such loving attention, typical of new parents. But what the heck, the bike is like a new baby, yes?

Just excellent!;) The modern china punkrockers flying to Mars with a Ferrari...
There is a lot to say about your catch, Just two points: when the punks movement was in reaction against the Peace&Love one, here it seems that the heart is a revolutional symbol after some years where love was a "bourgeois" feeling/value... The other point is that the punks slogan was: "no future", and here it seems that the slogan could be: "no past and hurry to the future!"... Really great!;)

The heart on the seat really makes this - a well framed and intimate scene. really natural

A perfectly balanced scene, besides the tender and funny side, I'm attracted by the aesthetic and graphic value of your composition.
Actually I think it's more tender than funny, there is a kind of naive pride of the young couple for the fashionable motobike, but there is also the eternal astonishment of loving complicity.
The back part of the motorbike, with the lights, looks like a suprized face of a cartoon character, that adds an amusing note to the scene.
It's a pleasure to have the time to come back to your thougth provoking images!

A funny and touching image at the same time. Humour and emotion all in one beautiful and touching image. It's not given to everyone, this kind of keen insight.
