Worn as a Pocket Patch from:
1957 - 1964.

On an orange shield, bordered black, a white parachute
detailed black "82" and two white flashes. The Parachutist
is a black telephone handset detailed white, white arms
and legs with black boots and hands.

The Motto:
"THE COMMANDERS VOICE" in black
