Eagle - from about 300 yards away

Bonnet Carre' Spillway - Louisiana

Photographically speaking this is terrible. But, it captures the magnificence and the strength of the American eagle.
I was very far away and even with my zoom lens could not quite reach.
This eagle is almost as big as a man AND LOOK AT THAT DETERMINED STRIDE. He was out to get his breakfast.
