Oak Alley in the Fog

Vacherie, Louisiana

A cold fog came off the Mississippi River and shrouded the house and trees.

Isn't Oak Alley Haunted? It sure would have been a good time for a ghost story. I would have been off & running. Lovely misty image.

I always think of fog as sheltering and soothing. A beautiful, soft, quiet image.

Cheer up, it will be brighter soon! I guess we're not the only ones with "weather" :-)

Where have I seen this before? The fog definitely changes the mood of this shot. Well done.

Coleen: This looks like it's out of a novel. It would make a great cover or jacket for a mystery novel. Very good work. Voted
