20th March 2004

Stir-fry for Adrienne (and me)

Tomorrow is Mothering Sunday, in our family it is taken up by visits to Ma and May.
Today I thought I would make Adrienne happy by cooking one of her favourite meals.
We had a starter of Smoked Salmon Ring with Cream Cheese.
Lamb stir-fry with………what you see in the photo.
After I have finished putting up my photo we will have a Chocolate Torte with Cream followed by Coffee.

We start loosing weight tomorrow.

I will get around your galleries ASAP.

This looks like the makings of a gorgeous stirfry - but I can't work out how the croissants fit into the recipe?!

That looks quite tasty. Now I regret just having a salad for lunch.

I agree will not touch lamb. Salmon I will eat everyday if I could.

This looks so well organized!!

Adrienne had a headache after our day out yesterday, so she is keeping off the wine.

I had some cooking white with the Salmon and some left over Australian red with the lamb. (uuuuggggg and mmmmmmmm in that order)

Looks like spring lamb to me, Jeanne . . and BOY is my mouth watering! Can I come over for dinner? We're just having spaghetti & meatballs
