James and the Walking Stick

Here is my grandson James.
He has just spotted his great-grandmothers walking stick.
It was made for her by her dad when she had polio as a girl.
James was fascinated by the handle that is shaped like a dog's head.

With all the lighty, flashy toys they make for kids, I think it's great to see him express an interest in something like this! I bet he's a really cool little guy!!
