No, this is not some device from Star Trek, a new high-tech MP3 player, or the countdown timer on a nuclear device. It is the control panel on the new oscillating fan we bought to replace the one that died. This thing has more features than my car stereo. Definitely seems like overkill for a simple fan. The thing even has a remote, fer cryin' out loud. But we tried the plain one the store had and it was a cheap piece of $#!+. At least this one works and works well.
