Even at f11 there's still significant vignetting just from the restricted ID available with using a T-thread based system. The above is a typical flat frame pointing towards the sky at dawn. I typically shoot 4 frames, at ISO 100 (to minimise noise) at various orientations and stack them. That should help smooth out sky gradients. I then extract the Luminosity channel and that becomes my Master Flat.
