Continuing with the fixed focal length of my Canon EF 50mm 1:1:8 II lens, I responded to a request from Karen Leaf to put some light on my backdrop. Not much if any change from yesterday’s carnation shot.
Today’s flowers are from my yard: Bird of Paradise and Agapanthus. I learned that I had to move back farther than I’d like in order to get it all in with my 50mm lens.
Here is an *** alternate version*** * cropped which would be more like how I would shoot it with a zoom lens.
And if you still have time, I’ve started doing some new abstracts ***with this image.***
