Someone commented yesterday about the typical Southern California architecture. It is even more extreme in my planned community of Rancho Bernardo where we all enjoy and suffer from the same tight rules. Red tile roofs are the standard, offset with white stucco walls.

So I doubt this will make the socks run up and down your ankles (that is if you are wearing socks this time of the year), however it is a good example of our dominant style here in RB.
