... So I traded my Manta GT/E for this Opel Monza 2.5i (+ some cash). It's 1997. This was my 2nd of 3 Monza's. Yes, my choice of cars was more interesting than wise, I admit. This particular Monza wasn't bad at all. It was built in 1984 and imported around 1993. I probably was a 6th or 7th owner... Its 2.5i streight-six was slow as hell, but the engine made that up with a lovely true sound. Rust was there, but not too bad. The two-tone grey indicates some 'rework' was done. It had a LCD dashboard, sunroof, lovely pullmann interior, central locking and most of the gadgets still worked. I drove it until the summer of '98, when I went on creating my bankruptcy when I bought an Omega 3000...
