I have yet to capture such a good eagle photo. I edited yours by adding a soft light layer at 100% opacity and used the erase tool to selectively erase the shadow areas as not to make them darker. Hope you don't mind, 100% might be to much contrast.

Beautiful capture The lighting on him is just perfect. So.....sharp.
