Buttercup madness

Sunday 22nd May - Day 155

I really must open my eyes more! The bluebells have faded away, but they have been replaced by a show of buttercups that I haven't seen in years.... the fields are awash with yellow.

Now, what is todays mystery object, surrounded by a sea of yellow?

More buttercup's

And I've placed the rest of my images from yesterday in a new director, Yarner Woods

Wow - I thought it was another rapefield!

I suppose tombstone is too easy?

I love all of this yellow and the texture of the stone.
If you take this field from the same spot at various points of the year it could be very interesting.

Lovely image. Is it just a post that has crumbled away?

Let's hope it's the sign of a good summer. Very pretty.

This is very beautiful. I love those yellow flowers, they are so small and if you only would see one so insignificant, until you see a sea of them. Wonderful.

Very nice offsetting the stone in the image.

Gorgeous. And, I don't know what the mystery is but it has a lovely hue of yellow at the top to match the buttercups.

Some sort of milestone? I've noticed a lot of buttercups around too, and daisies.
