This is about 7 feet (2.2 metres) high, and was sitting next to the lighthouse at Berry Head. I can only assume it is a wind generator of some sort, as these vanes were spinning round at about 60 to 80 revs per minute. My guesses are that it is
a. A Windmill
b. A navigation aid of some sort
c. A piece of modern art!!!
Which is why I plumped for a. !!!
