Three Trees

Monday 27th December 2004 - Day 9

Out for a brisk walk round the local reservior this morning, and I was struck by the contrast between the bare trees and the sky. The sky was clouding over then, now it is raining and warmer than the last few days, so the snow is rapidly thawing, even on the moor.

I like the form of that very first tree. The branches are so beautiful. You did very well in capturing those trees as they stood in line and the angle is just perfect.
