After a nice break at Spider Lake we took a more direct route back to Upper Cook Lake. There was some boulder fields and talus to negotiate on the final drop back down to the lake, but otherwise it was straightforward. This is such a pretty spot on Cook Lake we couldn't resist another stop to take in the scenery.
