The overcast skies rendered the scenery a little flat this day, but we turned our attentions to the finer details and had ourselves a nice "nature walk". We saw a number of butterflies flitting around the flowers at the edge of the lakes and stopped to watch the trout jump and surface. We also enjoyed watching the marmots, pikas, chipmunks, squirrels, gray jays, and osprey.
