When calf season come it is generally at the coldest time of the year... They are left as long as they can with their parents and then separated... I call these Igloo on the farm...rows of them each calf has one... they are well looked after.... I found this interesting as you do not see many anywhere else.. Photo take in the farming community about 10 miles north of Wetaskiwin.
