13th May 2011

Dad: I chose this shot (from last weekend) as today's PAD because it looks as though Pooch might be turning away his head in shame.
Actually he was sniffing for squ*rrels, but the notion of being ashamed would certainly be appropriate for today.
Earlier this evening, Pooch had one of his 'puppy moments'. He helped himself to a half-empty carton of yoghurt which had been
put into the kitchen bin. Then he proceeded to wander all round the kitchen and living room, the carton snugly fitted over his nose
while he licked away at the contents. Not snugly enough - a trail of yoghurty blobs and goopy smudges met my eyes when I came downstairs, followed by the
sight of a pristinely clean yoghurt carton upended in the middle of the floor and a very happy (but yoghurty-faced) Pooch grinning at me from the sofa.

Feeling ashamed might seem appropriate in my eyes, but not in Pooch's. There is no mistaking that he seems particularly pleased with himself this evening. :-)

How funny!! I've been feeding plain Greek yogurt to Simon... he loves it. Pooch is clever, he knows the punishment is worth it. Thanks for sharing this very entertaining story!

I had to secure the door to under the sink cabinet in the kitchen with a childrens safety lock. Bonnie likes to clean empty food containers too.
And yoghurt is good for digestion...

I am having a good laugh at this story. The yoghurt is really good for his stomach.
