Public art, Tucson, Arizona, 2009

All three primary colors are present in this image – yellow, blue, and red. The image is about public art, and I have framed it geometrically, as in a Mondrian painting. This display is located near the Tucson Museum of Art.

Thanks, Rosemarie -- contemporary art is structured to allow maxium participation from the viewer. So all of what you say here is perfectly valid.

Powerful image. On the right I see nature's green tree of life, and in the center, blue and yellow which are the ingredients of green, and mother nature as a female tree. All those limbs are a bit like a hindu shiva image; or, the nymph Daphne as a laurel tree.
