We had a pretty heavy fog this morning and I just loved it. Fog and lightning are my favorite weather subjects so I went out and took some images as soon as I saw it out my window. This is the house across the street from me (which is featured in several of my images over the years). Driving down the roads was a little creepy even though I travel these roads daily, it was hard to know exactly where I was because I could barely see 150 feet (~46 meters) ahead of me at times. It was thicker nearer the lakeshore where I could barely make out anything. However shortly afterwards the Sun came out (yes we had some Sun today!) the fog burned off and now it's back to our dreary gray days.
