September in My Life always includes a trip to the shoreline.
Though I live 5 miles from the Long Island Sound, during the
summer I rarely go down to the shore. Most of the Connecticut
Shore is either privately owned or city owned and non-residents
are discouraged from visiting. So mid-September is when I start
to takes my dog for a walk along the water's edge.
