Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
Hana'uma Bay was an old volcano crater with a collapsed wall that allowed ocean water to fill it. Protected from high waves, it has sandy beach surrounding pristine clear water lined with live coral reef. Its diverse marine life makes it a favorite place for snorkeling.

I went snorkeling here, but I preferred the less crowded areas in Maui even if the water was a bit more choppy, felt more adventurous.
