Magpie taken from about 45 feet with tripod and the Nikon TC 11, for a 1000 magnification. Picture is neither cropped nor processed. Apparently the TC 2 does not seem to degrade the image quality but slows down the focusing quite a bit and REALLY requires a solid tripod.
