Visiting hours are flexible these days, so I was able to stop and take a few pictures on the way over. The green grass at the bottom turns out to be rather damp, and I didn't see one particular puddle until I put my foot in it. (That might have had something to do with having the viewfinder to my eye at the time, of course.) It turns out that my shoes are waterproof (at least for a short time), but they seem to be veyr attached to the mud.
