This shows the LumiQuest system on the Olympus FL-40 flash. The way the system is show it will let 80% of the light go to the ceiling and 20% to the subject. This will kill the harsh shadows form the flash. You can put in the inserts (see previous image) they are velcroed to the little white dots you see on the inside top, you can also cover the it what the milk white diffuser.
