Gee this looks like a good place to put a bottle.
Massachusetts requires you pay 5 cents for a bottle
deposit and get your refund when returning the bottle.
Maybe it's time to raise that to a quarter 'cuz 5 cents
isn't really worth it anymore.

So true! Same here. I see lots of "discards" along the wayside and lots of people on bicycles who go around during the day and collect them for the deposit refunds. Shame that some people just continue to trash our earth so much.
