8th September 2006
fantastic day

It's been a beautiful, crisp sunny day.
The kind of day when everything goes well.
I haven't done much,
just tittivated in the garden for a bit,
met Conor for lunch and a frothy coffee
went for a walk.
simple things, but I've felt so happy and content today.
I was out in the garden later when Aiden spotted a hot air balloon
and shouted me.
I nipped out to get it,
but just over the wall was a calf being born.
I never got a pic as it was in the shade,
but the last light of the day lit up another new born calf.
