Kinky Boots

Oxfordshire

The Avengers made go-go boots a fashion fetish by wearing them in the 60's.
They started off ankle-height and crept up to knee-high by 1966, when Frank's daughter Nancy Sinatra scored a UK no.1 with "These Boots are made for Walking".
In December 1990 Patrick McNee and Honor Blackman released the Kinky Boots song as a tribute to the craze.
